Lol work* but last night I went home after not eating all day and had a bowl of veggies with hummus and a sliver of cake and a small bowl of ice cream totaling maybe 400 calories max and I was freaking out… Oh I forgot the two cookies before work so more like 450…
So I havent been on in a while. Mostly because ive been binging a lot lately and felt like giving up but im not going to. Instead Im trying something different. I am slowly going to have less and less calories every day until i get to 300. Then I will fast every other day and have 200 cals every other day. I will also be working out A LOT!! I have the Insanity workout DVDs and a gym membership now. Time to kick it in to high gear!! but anyways i would like to know…WHAT ARE SOME GOOD METABOLISM BOOSTING FOODS??
